Team and club fundraisers need Booster Club review before they go forward. A coach or club advisor selects a volunteer point of contact (not a district employee or student). That volunteer should be a Booster Club member and submit this proposal to the Fundraising Committee.

Ten percent of net proceeds from approved fundraisers go to the THS Booster Club general fund for student scholarships and grant requests. Proceeds are earmarked for the team or club named in the proposal. The committee may suggest changes rather than reject a plan outright; the Board gives final approval.
